2020 Guide to Quick Wins

Quick Wins.

One of the pillars I built this business on is integrity.

It is an attribute that I stand firm on and now expect of my consulting team and partners. This stems from the early days of my career when I was working in a corporate setting. There were many instances where I stood up and said “that’s simply not accurate”, “those numbers are wrong” or “that doesn’t address the problem.” At the time we used several external consulting companies’ methodologies or “proven solutions” that never completely solved what we were looking to address and as a result needed to create results that weren’t real.

As a CEO, COO, CFO, or CTO, you want what is best for your company. That includes finding solutions that actually work to address the problem at hand instead of applying a Band-aid fix. But how do you know if you are getting an objective point of view? How can you be confident that you are making the best decisions for your company?

This is where having integrity comes into play. When evaluating potential consultants, look for those with a reputation for integrity. These are the individuals who will give it to you straight, even if that means telling you things you may not want to hear.

Here at CPC, we pride ourselves on our integrity and objectivity. We will assess your specific situation and recommend the best course of action based on our findings—even if that recommendation goes against what you were hoping to hear. We believe that this approach is in the most beneficial way of helping our clients to achieve real results that last.

So how can you achieve a quick win? By hiring a consultant with integrity who is willing to tell you what you need to hear.
