My commitment:

As CEO, one of my top priorities is to create a workplace that is inclusive for all employees. In 2020, we took the time to reflect on our diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy and engage the team to understand how they were feeling, listen to their experiences, and find out how we could make the greatest impact on advancing inclusion in our workplace and our communities.

We have since refreshed our diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy with the goal of making it more actionable and part of our daily work. The result was:

  • Provide training and development opportunities to help everyone build inclusive habits.
  • Foster a culture of feedback that is constructive, candid, and timely.
  • Measure and review progress against targets on a regular basis

I am confident that by working together, we will build an even more inclusive environment where everyone can thrive.
